GBx™ Brushless Outrunner Kit w/ Firewall Mount (single)
Similar to our GBv™ kits, these contain everything you need to build a high-performance brushless motor.
New improved version is now fully assembled, magnets are glued in place, shaft is now pressed into the bell, flux ring is pressed onto the bell and stator is pressed on to the bearing tube.
What’s the difference? Unlike our GBv™ kits which contain stock components similar to those you’d find in a CD-ROM drive, these kits are comprised of numerous carefully engineered, CNC-machined parts to allow you to build stronger, more powerful, more efficient motors.

Update!! The shaft in this kit is no longer the threaded shaft you see in the photo, the shaft is now 3mm non threaded and you can use a standard prop adapter made for 3mm shaft

Can I use this mount to install my motor behind the firewall too?
Absolutely! By packaging these kits with the GBx™ Pre-pressed Endbell/Short Shaft Assembly, we enable you to mount your motor to the front of the firewall or behind it inside the cowl. When you build the motor, you will notice 15mm length of shaft protruding from behind the mount. This is to provide room for you to use a prop adaptor when mounting your motor on the inside of the firewall. If you choose to mount to the front of the firewall, simply drilling a small hole in the center of the firewall will allow this excess shaft to pass through.
