We employ a method of interaction with our customers that does not compromise credit card information. Our online system uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your information and is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to do business with GoBrushless.com. That said, we also understand that there are customers who prefer not to use their credit cards for online purchasing. For this reason, we have made available the option of purchasing with a money order or personal check.

Paying by Mail

To order by check or money order, simply proceed through the online ordering process and select the "Check/Money Order" payment method. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the order process. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice – or at very least your order number – when sendinf your payment to the address below.

Personal checks may slightly delay your order as we must wait for payments to clear before shipping. International customers wishing to pay by mail must either use an international money order or a personal check drawn on a United States-based bank account. We strongly recommend against sending cash and cannot be held responsible for nor aid in recovering funds lost during transit.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges can not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders.

We cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of kits, motors and accessories, parts, and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. If you substitute or replace normal kit hardware and/or components with after-market accessories, GoBrushless.com cannot be held responsible for problems or equipment failure caused by incompatibility or modifications. This includes all other products sold by GoBrushless.com

Shipping Information

We pride ourselves in providing a very fast turn-around time on all orders. Nearly all orders ship within 18 hours of being placed. While this is our goal, please allow 3 business days from the date of placing your order for us to ship your order. Also, while we try our best to accommodate order changes and multiple daily orders with the same shipping address, our present volume is making this a near impossible task. While we will continue to make every attempt to catch these, we can no longer guarantee it.

We currently ship all orders via USPS. These services include Priority Mail and Express Mail for domestic orders, and Airmail, Global Priority Mail, and International Express Mail for overseas orders. Please note that all Express Mail orders are shipped the following business day.

Shipping charges are obtained from the USPS WebTools® server. The weights and dimensions of each product are recorded in our database, and shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order. These rates are calculated on a real-time basis.

Note to International Customers

International orderes are normally shipped via USPS; Please note that USPS does not provide tracking for international shipments. If you need tracking for your international shipment please send us an email and we will provide a shipping quote Contact us here. ; sales@gobrushless.com

We remind our international customers that some countries levy fines or taxes on imported goods. We cannot and will not alter or falsify any customs declaration data including but not limited to contents, value, description, or nature of goods. Doing so can result in costly fines, or worse, restrictions prohibiting us from honoring orders from certain countries. We encourage our international customers to be aware of their country’s customs regulations prior to placing their order.

In some cases, customs officials have been known to withhold customer orders for a period of time ranging from days to weeks and, in rare cases, months. Should any international orders not be delivered within 10-14 days, we ask that the customer let us know so that we may provide a customs declaration serial number and a Global Priority Mail serial number. Providing these numbers to your local post office or customs office often helps to locate your shipment. Note that orders shipped via Airmail Parcel Post have only a customs declaration serial number.

Except under special circumstances, no international orders can be reshipped within 60 days of the original ship date due to customs withholding practices. To avoid any potential customs-related issues, we recommend larger orders be placed through a dealer/distributor local to your area.
